ProScan has branches in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and Port Elizabeth and partnerships throughout southern Africa to ensure that you have support nationally for the implemention of your mobile data collection systems. This includes trained field technicians, service centres and call centres for peace-of-mind to ensure your mission-critical equipment suffers minimal downtime. The technical team consists of over 22 highly experienced professionals each focussed on ensuring that technical issues or requirements within their area of expertise are attended to as quickly as possible. The combined experience of the technical team in the Auto ID and mobile computing industry is in excess of 100 years. ProScan currently has Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in place with several leading enterprise customers in the consumer, retail, transport and logistics and industrial sectors. ProScan employs dedicated Spare Parts Administrators to ensure that spare parts countrywide are kept at sufficient levels to guarantee SLA turn-around times. ProScan’s SLAs cover in excess of 6000 devices based on a two day in workshop turn-around agreement. Partnering with ProScan Professional Services before, during and after implementation of your WLAN, WWAN, RFID, traditional bar code system or mobile computing solution contributes towards the success of your implementation, and reduces the risks associated with investing in new technologies, systems and equipment, and help lower your overall costs of ownership.
