ProScan Mobility has the resources and expertise to execute the deployment of all aspects of AutoID and mobile solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to your business. When implementing a mobility solution on a large scale, at multiple locations, you need to ask yourself if your enterprise has sufficient internal resources to execute the project effectively. ProScan provides the resources to manage a multitude of processes involved in large scale rollouts. Some of these include device configuration, staging and shipment to various geographic locations; user training for new processes and operational procedures; provision for effective software and application documentation. To achieve this, ProScan offers the following value added services:

• Project Management - A dedicated project manager is allocated to each enterprise and is the single point of contact to manage design, installation, training and implementation of mobile and AutoID projects
• Installation Services - ProScan will install vehicle docks, printers and other mobile accessories into almost any road going vehicle
• Customised Accessories Design and Manufacture - ProScan will design and manage the manufacturing of all brackets or holders for every solution
• Device Staging and Pre-Configuration - ProScan will pre-charge all equipment, then pre-configure and pre-load the application on the handheld, before delivery
• Batching and Shipping - ProScan will create batches of equipment as per the customer’s depot requirements. Batches are then shipped directly to the depot while ProScan keeps an asset register for units shipped to each destination
• User and Super-User Training - ProScan provides super and end-user training as a professional service, following a ‘train the trainer’ approach and covering basic and advanced handheld and printer operation, Bluetooth, GPRS, Wavelink configuration, troubleshooting and support processes.
