ProScan’s comprehensive range of industry-leading repair services minimise downtime to ensure business continuity, maximum worker productivity and protection of technology investment. ProScan provides both depot repair and onsite service options with committed response times.

ProScan’s has a range of tiered service offerings from which to choose, providing customers with service options to fit their requirements. Options range from basic warranty support to the all-inclusive top of the range Medallion service.

Repair options include:

  • Warranty Repairs - All products sold by ProScan are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty, with an average turnaround time of 15 working days
  • Time and Material Repairs - Suited to companies with a relatively small number of deployed devices and sufficient spare units or where the device does not form part of a mission critical system
  • Flat Rate Repairs - Designed to provide SLA (Service Level Agreement) turn-around times and guarantees at a flat rate per device
  • Medallion Service Contracts - Reduce the total cost of ownership with committed turnaround times and ability to lock in repair budgets for the length of the agreement.

Available with 5 day and 2 day turnaround commitments. Benefits include:
